Rental Rates

 

We'd love to chat about your potential stay and availablity of your choice of dates.  The basic rates are outlined below in Canadian dollars. 

 

3 Night Minimum stay.

Change-over day is on Saturday during summer months.

 

Base Fees:

Nightly: $775

Weekly: $4650

 

Rates are based on maximum 13 guests

 

Other Fees:

Refundable damage deposit: $500

Cleaning fee: $350

Tax (GST): 5%

Tax (PST): 8%

 

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date
