GRACE POINT AMENITIES - Indoors and Out
Our three-storey home boasts panoramic views of both the lake and the mountains. The dock and the beach are only steps from the house and are waiting for you to enjoy. You really do have to experience it to believe it, but scroll down to get an idea of what Grace Point has to offer indoors and out.

GARDEN GROVE

This bedroom is nestled in the evergreen trees, and out its windows is a glimpse of the lake from the top floor. A cushioned window seat invites quiet times of reading and reflection. A private bath ensuite is a nice touch, too!

This bedroom has a terrific view of the lake and Mount Arrowsmith--truly a dynamic duo of both mountain and sea scapes! A private full-bath ensuite is a great complement as well...

CATHEDRAL GROVE
Queen Size Bed
Snag this room if you don't want stairs! This is the only bedroom on the main level, and it offers a quick getaway from the all the action. It has a slice of lake out the window, too, so you don't feel like you are missing out! It is located next to the formal entrance and foyer. There is a large bathroom directly across the hallway that includes two sinks, shower, toilet and soaker tub. ​
DOCKSIDE
Queen Size Bed
Located on the lower floor, this room has a spacious walk-in closet. The Dockside room is found right next to the Bunk House room which houses a bunk bed. The pair of rooms would comfortably accommodate a family or group that would appreciate a bit of separation from the rest of the house. The lower level also has a full kitchen, sitting room, living room, breakfast nook and separate entrance. There is a full bathroom (including bath/shower) next to these rooms as well as a half bath next to the kitchen.
BUNK HOUSE
Twin Size Bunk Beds
The Bunk House is a cozy room that is great for the kids to tuck into. It is located right next to the Dockside room, so it makes for a perfect place for a small family to be separate enough, yet still able to be together.
MAIN FLOOR KIT

The main floor kitchen is spacious and bright. It is designed and set up to meet the needs of any Grace Point group, large or small. Fully stocked with new cooking and eating untensils, it will serve you and your group to enable great connecting...and eating!
Lakeview Kitchen
With you in Mind
Complete with dishwasher, stove and fridge, the fully stocked lower level kitchen is an excellent secondary kitchen for your group. With an amazing view to the lake, and part of the open floor plan, it will meet your needs and keep you as part of the group. Enjoy your culinary experience!

You can choose to relax on the upper deck, lower deck, hot tub, beach, dock or more! With the lake at your doorstep, we think you'll take the opportunity to swim in pristine Sproat Lake or perhaps enjoy the stand up paddle boards - or perhaps kayaking is more your style.
The outdoor possibilies and opportunities are endless. You'll want to come again for more!
